Job Summary

The main function of the Inside Sales Representatives is to maximize sales and revenue with Toughdog Security’s new and existing customers while coordinating with the marketing, technical support and customer service departments and working on outside sales, inside sales and/or telemarketing sales as needed by the company.

Schedule

Typical schedule is from Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility to adjust to customer needs.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Help current customers inside our current stores.
  • Prepare quotes and invoices for all walk-in and call-in customers.
  • Hear their needs and always try to push to increase their ticket size.
  • Document customer feedback to the right departments.
  • Always treat customers well and invite them to come back .
  • Personal knowledge improvement. Advance your own professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and other educational training, participating in professional societies and industry networks, and reading professional and industry publications.
  • Reports. All daily operations need to be uploaded in real time to our CRM to maintain a log and to generate reports on the activities in order to create data that can be used to improve the department in the future.
  • Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
  • Always follow TD code of ethics and business integrity policies

Marginal responsibilities.

  • Coordinating with IT department to ensure all sales computers and equipment is running up to speed.
  • Support and give feedback to product development.
  • Respect everyone in and out of the office.
  • Keep a good image and good ethics in and out of the office.
  • Support and spread a good company culture.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications

Skills:

Qualifications:

  • 2 years direct inside and/or outside sales experience
  • Bachelor's in Marketing or Business degree preferred
  • Great presentation
